Eligibility: All entries must be approved.

Photography Waiver: Any photographs taken at the Edmonton International Oilmen’s Bonspiel may be used on the website, in print brochures, and future advertisements. If you have objections to the use of these photographs, please let us know by March 8th, 2025.

Refunds: No refund for cancellation after March 1, 2025.

Closing Date for Entries: March 1, 2025.

Please submit your form using ONE of these three ways:

  1. Print the downloaded form, complete it, and send with entry fees via mail to:

Be sure the following information is included:

  • Team Name or Sponsor
  • Skip, 3rd, 2nd and Lead
    • Name (first and last name) – Employer
    • Contact phone number – email address
  • Donation amount, if you wish to make a donation to the organization.
  • How you would like to receive your confirmation – By Email, By Canada Post, By Fax
  • Confirmation Information: (the confirmation will be sent to this person)
